Deliverable area

We can ship throughout the U.S. However, Hawaii and Alaska may have an additional charge based on the box size after the order is confirmed.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations.

Also, please understand that extra shipping fee may be charged if you purchase more than one oversized items.

 

Shipping - Package Tracking

If your selected shipping option provides a tracking number for your package, it will be provided via email once your order has been packaged and is ready to be sent.

Please not that once in transit, we are not responsible for delays in domestic and international delivery times, (especially now during the COVID-19 pandemic). We are also not responsible for packages lost in transit, unless an insured shipping method was selected at checkout.

GUNNZO is proud to do our part in being environmentally friendly by reusing packaging materials whenever possible. With this in mind be assured that we take great care in packing each and every order. Thank you for being part of our eco-friendly packing methods.

 

Free Shipping

Orders qualifying for free shipping will see the "Free Shipping" option during checkout. Please select this option to receive free shipping for your order. Usual shipping methods for free shipping are UPS Ground, USPS First Class, and USPS Priority.

*HG or higher grade Plastic Models are not eligible for free shipping

 

In Store Pickup

In Store Pickup is currently only available at GUNNZO in San Diego. Our address is as follows

When placing your order, please make sure to select “Store Pick-up” as your shipping method. You can come pickup anytime store hours once you receive "ready for pickup notification".

 

Pre-Order shipment

For orders including "Pre-Order items", it is shipped out when all products are ready. You can choose "Separate shipping option" with extra shipping cost if you want to receive instocked items before pre-order items are available. ( The cost depends on box size and weight)
