Order Cancellation Request:
- Please provide your order ID "MAN00000" and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation for pre-orders will be accepted free of charge until the product arrives at the store. After items arrive, cancellation orders cannot be accepted.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only; cash and credit card refunds are not available.
- If you repeatedly cancel orders, cancellation fees will be charged. Your account may also be suspended.
- Repeated cancellations will result in account suspension.
Pre-Order for BANDAI products:
- The exact release date in the U.S. is unknown and typically occurs 2-3 months later than the release date in Japan. Please refer to the Estimate Shipping Month on the product detail page.
- The Estimate Delivery Month might be subject to change or delay due to circumstances related to manufacturing or the US distributor.
