Order Cancellation Request:
‐ Please provide your order ID "MAN00000" and cancel reason.
- Pre-order cancellation can be accepted until the item arrives at the store.
*After items arrive, cancellation order can't be accepted.
- Refunds will be for store credit only. Cash and credit card refunds are not available.
- From the third cancellation, a cancellation fee of 10% of the product will be charged.
- Repeated cancellations will result in account suspension.
