Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
All return inquiries must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the item. Please contact us prior to shipping any order back to us.
If an item arrived damaged, please send us some pictures of the package and box. Damages during shipping will be investigated by the shipping carrier and photos of the item's condition will be required. If a return does not fall into those categories, the item will be inspected once received back, and will be refunded accordingly, excluding shipping costs.
Please note that even if "Free Shipping" was selected for an order, we cannot refund the cost of shipping out your order to you. In this case, shipping costs and return shipping costs would not be refunded. Please keep in mind that items not in original condition are not eligible for a full refund and will incur a restocking fee.
