Currently, Sonny Angel is only available for purchase in-store.
Due to its extremely high popularity, Sonny Angel products tend to sell out immediately upon arrival. Acquiring them can be very challenging!

If you're wondering how to purchase one, your best chance is right after they arrive!

We'll announce the arrival date on GUNNZO's Instagram as soon as we know it. On the day of arrival, please come to the store before the release time and join the queue to purchase. If it's a limited quantity item, we'll distribute numbered tickets.

As you are aware, Sonny Angel and Smiski are experiencing very strong demand at present. Due to the high volume of inquiries, we are unable to respond to individual questions at this time.

The restocking date is unknown. As soon as we know the available date of the items, we will announce it on our Instagram and Facebook acount, so please check back regularly.

At this time, we can only ship within the US.

- Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Yes. Please select "Store Pickup" as the shipping option when you purchase. Notification will be sent to your registered email when your order is ready for pickup.

- How do I place an order?

We do not accept orders by email, phone call or direct messages. Please make sure to purchase and pay for your order at our online store or in-store.

When pre-order product will be shipped?

The exact arrival date of pre-order items are unknown. Please check the "Estimate Shipping Date: " on each product detail page.

Which shipping methods are available?

All USPS and UPS services are available. You may also choose to upgrade from First Class to Priority during checkout if you would like your order to arrive faster.
All Sonny Angel and Smiski are shipped with signature required option to avoid fraud and lost package.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package and the location it is being shipped to. Available shipping methods and their costs will be shown during the checkout process.

Are packages insured?

Yes. All Sonny Angel and Smiski are shipped with signature required option to avoid fraud and lost package.

Can I pick up orders at the store?

Yes, all orders are able to be picked up at our store in San Diego. Our address is as follows

When placing your order, please make sure to select “Store Pick-up” as your shipping method. You can come pickup anytime store hours once you receive "ready for pickup notification".
Please note that San Diego sales tax will be applied to orders picked up in-store

How long will it take to ship out the order?

Orders are processed every day and are shipped out Monday through Saturday. All orders received before 10 AM PST will be shipped out on the same day, while orders received after 10 AM PST will ship out the next business day.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Venmo, as well as debit cards and all major credit cards, i.e. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How to cancel order?
To cancel an order, please go to Contact Us
‐ Rrovide your order ID "MAN00000" and cancel reason.
- Pre-order cancellation can be accepted until the item arrives at the store.

- Refunds will be for store credit only. Cash and credit card refunds are not available.
- After the third cancellation, a cancellation fee of 10% of the product will be charged.
- Repeated cancellations will result in account suspension.
